Return Process

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the electronics you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all cables, manuals, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
